Lisa does every aspect of the work from planning the photo shoot, to taking the images, to editing, and all the way through to producing and mounting/framing the image before shipping the item.
She checks the product for quality and to make sure it is up to Vermont Native standards.
Lisa holds her work up to very high guidelines, and puts love into every image.
Credit Card Polices:
We use secure credit card processing companies. We use Square, PayPal, and Venmo.
We value your privacy and would never send you any spam or pass your info to 3rd parties.
Shipping & Handling Polices:
Packaging:
Lisa packages all item products herself.
On prints and greeting cards, she uses biodegradable sleeves with recycled backing boards.
On larger products and small items she uses standard shipping supplies.
Shipping:
Small prints, cards and gift items are packaged in sturdy envelopes or boxes, so they don’t bend or get damaged.
We shipped by standard mail USPS. Products usually reach destinations within 3-5 days.
Large Prints are either shipped by USPS or UPS depending on the item. These can take up to a few weeks to process and ship.
Lisa will let you know the if item is ready to be sent to you by emailing you.
She will also email you with the shipping confirmation information for your comfort and security when the item is sent.
Rushed orders are an extra charge -determined at the time of purchase, by shipping and location.
Returns & Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns for small items (cards, prints, misc gift products) only. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship item back within 14 days.
Custom orders or Large products (large prints, metal prints, canvases, etc.) are not exchangeable.
Please make sure the product is what you are looking for before you place an order.
Damaged Product:
If anything gets delivered damaged - Contact me immediately!
Take about 3 photos of the damaged product, the shipping container and send those to me.
Your complete satisfaction is my priority and I'm here for you.
